The first time you visit our app you'll need to REGISTER. You sign up using your email or mobile number, plus your name and birth date. This information is never shared and always kept confidential.
Once you are logged in, you are taken to the CARDS tab (this is the home screen). There are 4 tabs on the app: CARDS, DETAILS, DEALS, and MY REWARDS. We'll walk you through each one:
This is where you collect your stamps (think of them as 'points') and see what rewards are available when you reach a certain number. Collect 1 stamp for every $25 spent in services and 2 stamps for every $25 spent on products (per visit, before tax). Also gain 20 stamps for a new client referral!
To collect stamps:
1. Show your app at the front desk after your service. Our staff member will present you with a QR code
2. Press button: Stamp Card (on CARDS screen)
3. The app will prompt you to take a picture of the code, to scan it
4. Your stamp(s) will be automatically added to your account
You are currently on the Details tab. Here you'll find our location address, hours of operation, and the details on how to use our rewards app to earn and redeem your stamps.
By registering for our rewards program, you are also eligible to receive additional deals and special offers, over and above the rewards that you can earn by collecting stamps!
On this tab, a list of available deals will be displayed. Click the VIEW button beside each deal to see the details and, if you are interested in the offer, you can click on GET. That offer will then automatically be transferred into your MY REWARDS tab to use when you want. We recommend you check to see if there is an expiry date indicated to ensure that you redeem the offer in time!
This tab contains all of the current rewards you can redeem for in our salon. When you want to use one of the rewards, simply click REDEEM.
**You Must be at the salon when you press Redeem, or you will lose your reward!**
Click REDEEM again, and show your reward at the front desk. Your reward will expire in 5 minutes (you will see a countdown) and then disappear from the app.
